By accessing or using Social Velocity (the "Service"), operated by Social Velocity Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including free-trial users, paid subscribers, and any individuals who access the Service on behalf of an organization.
Social Velocity is an autonomous AI marketing platform that performs market intelligence, strategic planning, content generation, SEO, email marketing, app store optimization, community discovery, and revenue attribution on behalf of subscribing founders and software creators.
AI agents generate and may automatically publish content to connected social platforms and services based on settings and approval rules you configure. You are responsible for all content published from your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@socialvelocity.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accounts are for individual use. Sharing account access with unauthorized parties is prohibited unless you are on a multi-user plan.
Free Trial: We offer a free trial period. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
Your content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (app descriptions, brand guidelines, images). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Service.
AI-generated content: Content generated by the Service's AI agents on your behalf is delivered to you for your use. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is original, accurate, or free from third-party claims.
Our IP: The Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and branding, is owned by Social Velocity Inc. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, social networks, app stores) via OAuth and APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs that affect Service functionality.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice for planned maintenance.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING REVENUE OUTCOMES, GROWTH RATES, OR BUSINESS RESULTS ACHIEVABLE THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICE. All projections and intelligence reports are estimates only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIAL VELOCITY INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of India.
