Social Velocity Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates Social Velocity (the "Service"), an autonomous AI marketing platform for indie founders and software creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.

App and business data: App names, URLs, product descriptions, target audiences, and other information you provide about your apps.

Usage data: Pages you visit, features you use, actions you take within the Service, timestamps, and session information.

Content performance data: Engagement metrics, analytics data, and attribution signals from connected platforms that you authorize.

Payment information: Billing details are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card information.

Communications: Messages you send to our support team.

We use the information we collect to:

• → Run AI agents on your behalf to generate and publish content
• → Analyze content performance and generate intelligence reports
• → Process payments and manage subscriptions
• → Send transactional emails (agent reports, approval notifications, billing receipts)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

To provide the Service, we work with third-party providers:

• Google Firebase / CloudAuthentication, database, and cloud infrastructure
• StripePayment processing
• PostizSocial media publishing (OAuth-based, acts as publishing backend)
• Google Vertex AI / GeminiAI content generation and analysis
• VercelFrontend hosting

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data (not linked to you) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

We implement industry-standard safeguards: encrypted data transmission (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is fully immune to security risks. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to revoke platform OAuth access if you suspect unauthorized use.

We use essential cookies required to operate the Service (authentication sessions). We do not use advertising cookies or sell cookie data. You may configure your browser to block cookies, but this may limit Service functionality.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
